Rehire is looking for a SaaS Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and building lasting relationships. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a robust client portfolio.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting through to closing, including live demonstrations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the target market.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent ability to schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software, especially HubSpot.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
