GFT Technologies SE is looking for an RPA Implementer to implement, maintain, and evolve automated processes using robotics, BPM, and artificial intelligence. Your core mission is to ensure automations are agile, stable, and sustainable by identifying improvement opportunities, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to guarantee operational continuity and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Explore business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Evaluate potential benefits related to cost, productivity, risk, and service.
- Prepare information for prioritizing automation initiatives.
- Design digital assistants and automations based on specifications.
- Coordinate activities with involved areas for exploration, design, and support.
- Monitor the performance of implemented automation tools.
- Maintain and adjust automations based on end-user requests.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years in process management.
- 1–3 years in project work.
- Experience with BPM (Business Process Management).
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution methods.
- Skills in process modeling.
- Experience with Access and Microsoft Office.
- Ability in solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere 360.
- Intermediate level of English.
Nice to Have
- Complementary training in automation, software, or information systems.
- 1–3 years in the financial sector.
