About the Role

Prime Systems Solutions is hiring a meticulous Revenue Operations Associate to manage the integrity and accuracy of our revenue data. In this role, you will ensure timely and precise data entry, maintain organized financial documentation, and perform structured checks to support compliance and reporting. Your work will directly contribute to clean, audit-ready revenue tracking.

What You'll Do

  • Perform high-volume data entry into designated Excel workbooks using established templates and instructions.
  • Maintain the integrity of revenue tracking files by entering data into correct fields, preserving formulas, and applying required formatting.
  • Collect utility consolidated billing artifacts on a recurring cadence, including payment, credit, and supporting source reports.
  • Store and organize reports in centralized repositories following defined folder structures and naming standards.
  • Support revenue 'tie-out readiness' by ensuring source reports are complete and data is correctly entered.
  • Conduct structured discrepancy checks by comparing original utility reports to uploaded or recorded data.
  • Identify and document mismatches, missing values, or formatting errors.
  • Flag issues with clear evidence for internal resolution.
  • Execute defined data validation steps for utility billing processes, such as completeness and cross-file checks.
  • Maintain trackers for report receipt, processing status, exceptions, and completion dates.
  • Communicate status updates and escalate blockers promptly.

What We're Looking For

  • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data.
  • Highly organized; able to manage recurring intake cycles, file storage conventions, and multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • Proven experience in high-volume data entry, preferably involving financial, billing, or revenue-related datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, tables, basic formulas, text-to-columns, and formatting.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and disciplined file and version management.
  • Ability to follow detailed written SOPs and validation checklists precisely.
  • Strong documentation habits with clear notes and audit-friendly logs.
  • Ability to compare source documents to system outputs to identify discrepancies and isolate root causes.
  • Strong judgment on when to escalate exceptions.
  • Professional handling of sensitive revenue information and basic data confidentiality awareness.
  • Reliable and consistent performance in deadline-driven, recurring monthly and weekly cycles.
