Sensedia is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst with strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to support the evolution of operations and data governance. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting data, operations, and strategy, supporting the building of predictability models, revenue tracking, and generating intelligence for decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Structure and evolve revenue, performance, and forecast dashboards, ensuring reliability and clarity for different audiences.
- Support the construction and evolution of revenue predictability models (pipeline, conversions, cycle, mix, renewals/expansion).
- Develop performance and operational efficiency analyses (funnel bottlenecks, throughput, productivity, SLAs, aging, conversion per stage).
- Ensure integrity and quality of data between CRM and other sources, acting in hygiene routines, data stewardship, standardization, and governance.
- Map operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements (processes, cadences, rules, fields, automations).
- Build recurring executive reports with insights and practical recommendations.
- Support the governance and standardization of indicators (definitions, data dictionary, formulas, and criteria).

- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and revenue operations.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and NetSuite.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate or advanced English (will have some interactions with international teams).
- Experience in B2B and/or SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of recurring revenue models and metrics (MRR/ARR, churn, NRR, expansion, etc.).
- Experience with consulting or services operations (allocation, capacity, efficiency, margin).
- Experience with data modeling.
