- Collaborate with teams across the business to understand objectives and deliver targeted analytical insights
- Use Python and libraries like pandas and NumPy to automate tasks, clean datasets, and perform advanced analysis
- Identify meaningful patterns, outliers, and opportunities in data, then communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the evolution of data infrastructure by improving documentation, modeling practices, and analytical standards
- Explore and integrate AI-powered tools where they enhance accuracy, efficiency, or insight quality

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn technical results into clear, actionable recommendations
- A self-starter attitude—someone who anticipates needs and drives improvements without waiting for direction
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Exposure to machine learning APIs or AI-driven analytics tools for text processing or data enrichment
- Background in A/B testing, statistical modeling, or causal analysis
