Abridge is looking for a Revenue Enablement Lead to strategically align with sales and success leaders. You will identify challenges and design, build, execute, and measure enablement solutions to power deeper understanding in healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver impactful, skill-based, and situational enablement programs for Sales and Partner Experience Success teams.
- Collaborate closely with sales and success first-line managers to align with enablement initiatives and empower them to coach their teams.
- Build GTM AI agents using Attention.tech to automate repetitive work and give time back to sales and success teams.
- Create, maintain, and manage intuitive and effective documentation for sales processes and skills.
- Provide continuous coaching to enhance sales skills, including discovery and negotiation, aligned with the Challenger methodology.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, weekly update calls, CKO planning, and other enablement programs.
- Work with the Director of Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Sales/Success Management to drive measurable results across the sales funnel.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, or a related role within healthcare, health tech, AI, or SaaS sectors.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and content.
- A collaborative mindset with ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Experience in healthcare or health tech.
- Familiarity with LMS, CMS, SFDC, and Conversation Intelligence tools (Attention.tech preferred).
- Startup mindset with ability to build strategic relationships and drive consensus in a fast-moving organization.
