About the Role

EvenUp is hiring a Revenue Enablement Associate to build and maintain enablement content and processes for our GTM teams. As the tactical engine behind our sales and customer success teams, you will ensure teams are aligned, content is fresh, and product truth documents are accurate in our fast-scaling environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build sleek, professional slide decks and sales collateral.
  • Act as the guardian of internal knowledge; update guides and checklists when product changes.
  • Help manage day-to-day operations of Sales and CS Bootcamps for world-class onboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to update talk tracks, competitive battlecards, and qualification frameworks.
  • Experiment with and implement new AI tools to improve internal enablement processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Coachability: takes direction well, isn't afraid of feedback, views challenges as learning opportunities.
  • Builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, can pivot quickly, excited to create manuals.
  • Design eye: knack for making information look good using Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
  • Tech savvy: early adopter of AI tools, eager to use them to automate boring parts of enablement.
  • Mission alignment: genuinely motivated by helping injury victims get the settlements they deserve.

Team & Environment

This role reports directly to the Director of Enablement at EvenUp, a 500+ person startup.
