Paired seeks a Retention Manager to own and execute the full retention strategy for a growing Direct-to-Consumer brand. You will be instrumental in driving customer lifetime value through email and SMS marketing while contributing to building the brand's community and authority.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the full retention marketing strategy.
- Manage and optimize email and SMS campaigns and automations.
- Increase repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
- Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns and promotional flows.
- Monitor and improve retention performance metrics.
- Develop new opt-in strategies to maximize value from paid traffic.
- Optimize lead capture across funnels and landing pages.
- Improve conversion from subscriber to customer.
- Support acquisition efforts through strong lifecycle integration.
- Support the development of the brand as an authority in its category.
- Help build community initiatives such as social channels or groups.
- Contribute to LinkedIn growth and brand positioning.
- Support development of a Facebook community or similar initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Over 4 years of experience managing email and SMS retention for DTC brands (experience with US-DTC brands is a plus).
- Strong understanding of repeat purchase optimization.
- Experience building lifecycle campaigns and automations.
- Experience working with eCommerce brands.
- Data-driven and execution-focused mindset.
- Comfortable owning retention strategy end-to-end.
- Intermediate-high level of English.
