Responsibilities
- Represent the brand with energy and passion, sharing knowledge about company values and product quality with customers
- Commit fully to training programs to become skilled in product details and cooking techniques, offering recipe ideas and cooking guidance
- Deliver personalized, approachable service that enhances the shopping experience at every interaction
- Support customers during checkout with efficiency and care, creating a memorable and positive interaction
- Carry out restocking tasks including lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds, rotating stock, placing orders, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Monitor and update pricing daily and operate cash handling systems as needed
- Prepare and manage online orders for pickup, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
- Work regularly in sub-zero temperatures while handling inventory, receiving shipments, and conducting stock counts in walk-in freezers
- Complete additional assigned tasks as required by the role

Compensation
20 USD per hour plus monthly performance-based bonus
