As a part-time Sales Advisor at a pioneering lingerie brand in Pentagon City, Arlington, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers experience the brand in person. Your focus will be on building real connections, sharing product insights, and creating a welcoming space where every guest feels seen and celebrated.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that reflects the brand’s values of confidence, inclusivity, and authenticity
- Engage customers with warmth and knowledge, emphasizing body positivity and personal empowerment
- Stay up to date on membership benefits, promotions, and product offerings to support guest needs
- Work alongside store leaders and team members to meet performance goals and improve the in-store experience
- Support inventory operations, including receiving, transfers, and organized backroom management
- Maintain visual standards and contribute to a clean, inviting store environment
- Provide input to leadership to help refine customer and team processes
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a public-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- Comfort using technology as part of daily tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
- Ability to stand, move, and reach for extended periods, with occasional bending or ladder use
