As a Sales Assistant at the Newcastle store, you’ll play a key role in delivering strong sales results and outstanding service within a lively retail environment. Your day-to-day will involve keeping the showroom clean and well-organized, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, and providing customers with accurate, current information about products and services.
What You’ll Do
- Support store performance by contributing to sales goals and team targets
- Prioritize safety in every task—for yourself, your colleagues, and customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer knowledgeable guidance
- Maintain visual standards and presentation across the retail space
- Be reliable and committed to scheduled shifts, including availability during the Christmas and New Year period
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving equipment as needed
