As a Front Office Assistant-Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing patient appointments, responding to phone inquiries, and welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism. Your organizational skills will support efficient recordkeeping through scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and schedule patient visits with accuracy and care
- Provide a welcoming experience for patients during check-in and follow-up
- Support office efficiency through digital scanning and document management
- Carry out routine clerical duties including filing and data organization
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will have at least one year of front desk experience and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. You should be energetic, dependable, and committed to delivering respectful, high-quality service. The ability to work remotely is required, so strong time management and basic computer skills are important. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory.
