Qualifications
Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, or Ohio. A minimum of two years in sales or customer service is required. Strong communication, active listening, and decision-making abilities are essential. Candidates must obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License within a set timeframe after hire.
Technical requirements include a dedicated high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload—no satellite or mobile hotspots), a quiet professional workspace with a desk, and reliable computer proficiency. Work hours follow a fixed schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day, typically starting mid-morning (e.g., 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST).
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a base salary starting at $45,000, with average total earnings between $55,000 and $75,000. Top performers beyond the first year may earn $85,000 or more. A generous commission structure supplements income.
