As a Tour & Inspections Coordinator, you’ll manage the end-to-end scheduling of home tours and inspections across designated U.S. markets. Based in Buenos Aires, you’ll operate in a hybrid setup with full-time weekday and weekend shifts, ensuring alignment with peak availability and lead preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all tour and inspection scheduling, including Open Home, Private, Occupied, and Virtual formats
- Ensure new listings are scheduled for Open Home tours within 48 hours of publication
- Invite and register leads from platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, and Zumper to upcoming tours
- Provide internal and external hosts with complete access details and context ahead of each tour
- Track attendance and interest levels from prospective residents after each event
- Trigger support tickets for timely follow-ups and escalate urgent issues via Slack
- Use automated bidding systems like Showami or Inspectify to assign inspections to 1099 hosts
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements, including rapid response times and resolution windows
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, scheduling, or customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or property management
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and digital calendar management
- Familiarity with real estate platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, or Showami (preferred)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
