As a Barista in Arlington, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences by preparing handcrafted coffee and other beverages with consistency and care. You’ll follow established guidelines to ensure every drink meets high standards for taste and presentation, while delivering friendly, attentive service that reflects a genuine interest in people.
What You’ll Do
- Engage customers with warmth and professionalism, following service protocols to create a welcoming environment.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and baked goods with precision, maintaining quality and visual appeal in every order.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the coffeebar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
- Support sales by sharing product knowledge, offering samples, and making thoughtful recommendations.
- Demonstrate dependability through punctuality, consistent attendance, and efficient task completion during shifts.
- Adapt to a fast-moving setting while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work a minimum of two days per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and handling equipment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Minimum age of 16, with compliance with applicable minor employment policies.
