Hilton is hiring a Reservations Manager for the Hilton Anatole. You will lead the on-site reservations team, managing the entire process to deliver outstanding guest service and drive financial profitability. This role offers excellent growth potential within Revenue Management and Reservations at Hilton.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily reservations processes including room inventory, availability, group rooming lists, cut-off dates, restrictions, and selling guest rooms.
• Oversee systems use and management, budgeting, forecasting, and department operations, ensuring policy and procedure implementation.
• Communicate key information regarding hotel occupancy, promotions, special reservation procedures, and operational issues.
• Serve as a liaison with Reservations teams company-wide.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members.
• Monitor team performance through supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Calculate, prepare, and generate designated reports, including OAR and Master Monthly.
• Develop and revise forecasts.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of management experience.

Nice to Have

• Previous reservations experience.
• Hotel industry experience.
• Knowledge of Hilton systems: Delphi, OnQ, OnQ R & I, and/or Passkey.
