As General Manager for Vietnam, you will hold full responsibility for shaping and executing the country strategy to grow Binance’s presence in a dynamic and evolving market. You will lead all operational functions, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer support, ensuring alignment with both local demands and global objectives.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement business strategies that meet growth targets while adapting to Vietnam’s regulatory and economic landscape.
- Manage end-to-end operations, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and performance tracking to maintain sustainable profitability.
- Build trusted relationships with government entities, business partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term market positioning.
- Lead recruitment and development of high-caliber teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Monitor competitive dynamics and customer behavior to identify new product and market opportunities.
- Represent the organization at public and industry events, serving as a trusted voice in the blockchain and digital asset space.
- Work closely with regional and global leadership to integrate local initiatives into broader company strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles, with proven success as a General Manager or Country Manager.
- Deep familiarity with Vietnam’s business environment, regulatory frameworks, and government relations.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, with strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
- Experience managing joint ventures and complex organizational structures in regulated industries.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
- Solid understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech ecosystem.
- Must be based in Vietnam and available to lead on the ground.
