What You'll Do
As Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing, you will shape and direct the worldwide commercial strategy for a specialized oncology and rare disease subsidiary. You will oversee the full lifecycle of key products, including a prostate cancer imaging agent, guiding international market entry and expansion. Your leadership will align marketing, sales, and business development functions to meet revenue goals and customer needs.
You will collaborate closely with executive leaders across regions to ensure alignment on commercial priorities. This includes designing customer segmentation approaches, optimizing revenue models, and managing distribution networks. You will define pricing frameworks, negotiate contracts, and lead the development of marketing strategies that support both current and pipeline products.
In partnership with HR, you will build and sustain a high-performing commercial team, identifying and developing top talent.
