Horizon Recovery is looking for a Research & Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment through strategic research and headhunting. This analytical role requires thinking critically about businesses and competitors to identify high-quality candidates and manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through agreement execution.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth research to identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites.
- Think beyond standard job titles to identify alternative titles or adjacent roles.
- Research competitor companies and related industries to uncover hidden talent pools.
- Support headhunting efforts through outbound messaging and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Draft and post job advertisements and sourcing messages.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
- Investigate candidate backgrounds and career paths to assess alignment.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and research notes.
- Prepare and send agreements using DocuSign.
- Track agreement status and follow up as needed.
- Support compliance and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
- Update and manage candidate and company data in HubSpot.
- Assist with light recruitment marketing efforts such as campaign tracking and messaging optimization.
- Support sourcing campaigns with data and insights from research.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, research, or lead generation.
- US Recruitment/Sourcing experience.
- Interest in business, markets, and competitive research.
- Willingness to learn new industries, roles, and recruiting strategies.
- This is a full-time role.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to headhunting or outbound recruiting.
- Experience with DocuSign and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to conduct interviews.
