Walkers is hiring a Reporting Services Administrator

About the Role

Walkers is seeking a Reporting Services Administrator to join our Beneficial Ownership team in Cayman. You will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to help meet client reporting obligations under the Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act.

What You'll Do

  • Review and process BO classifications and accurately update Walkers' internal database.
  • Assist with collecting and inputting BO classification data for transferred entities.
  • Monitor various inboxes and respond to enquiries regarding beneficial ownership.
  • Create Beneficial Ownership Registers upon request for internal and external clients.
  • Generate invoices where required.
  • Request updated BO information and update internal trackers and databases.
  • Report statistics on a weekly basis to the Team Leader.
  • Assist with regular data quality checks on the BO data.
  • Assist with the monthly filings to Registry via the CAP filings.
  • Maintain proper filing of correspondence, records, and supporting documents in line with internal policies.
  • Support senior staff in preparing management reports, trackers, and internal updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Beneficial Ownership team as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, compliance, or financial services role.
  • Knowledge of Beneficial Ownership is advantageous but not essential (training will be provided).
