What You'll Do
Lead and organize repair operations to support expanding market demands, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. Coordinate daily planning with internal teams such as Customer Support, providing updates on new repair cases, progress, and any obstacles.
Establish weekly reporting systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Respond to customer priorities and adjust workflows accordingly to meet urgent needs. Conduct initial inspections, root cause analysis, and diagnostics with input from R&D and Quality departments.
Carry out maintenance and repair tasks for both internal and external clients, adhering to defined quality standards and turnaround times. Perform quality checks during and after repairs, following established procedures. Prepare and test advanced spare components as needed.
Design and manage a global network of repair hubs and service partners. Identify, onboard, and develop external stakeholders to ensure reliable support worldwide. Maintain up-to-date training programs and verify partner capabilities to sustain service consistency.
Requirements
- Engineering degree, Master’s, or equivalent practical experience in repair and maintenance management
- Minimum of 5 years managing repair operations in robotics or high-tech industries
- Fluent in both French and English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to diagnose technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experienced in training and developing technical teams
- Willingness to travel internationally, approximately five times per year
