Veeam Software is looking for a Renewals Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be a Customer Success Representative for the Velocity segment, responsible for managing territory renewal and expansion goals with a focus on exceeding quotas. You will ensure customer retention and satisfaction while proactively managing our portfolio of expiring agreements.
What You'll Do
- Overachieve quota tied to territory renewal and expansion goals
- Effectively manage renewal and ensure growth of all contracts in your assigned territory
- Remove obstacles to renewal and ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Proactively monitor the funnel of expiring agreements and execute actions to ensure continuation of maintenance
- Provide timely proposals and quotes as requested
- Handle customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, upselling, and reinstatement
- Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate their agreements
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to ensure customer retention and prepare necessary documents
- Positively interact and collaborate with customers, Veeam partners, and Veeam associates
- Identify and pursue maintenance reinstatement opportunities
- Assist in negotiation of maintenance agreements
- Accurately record all activities on customer/partner records in Salesforce
- Focus on customer retention, renewal rate, and high-velocity selling to maximize revenue
- Ensure appropriate support to Veeam’s channel partners to successfully close renewals and additional licenses
- Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene
- Manage inbound renewal inquiries through different renewal portals
- Prioritize workload to meet all KPIs, goals, and objectives
- Meet daily/weekly SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience in any industry or vertical
- Bachelor’s degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Superb customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines and quotas
- Ability to work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment
- High-energy, motivated self-starter prepared to handle a high volume of email communications and outbound telephone calls
- Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data
Nice to Have
- Renewals or customer success experience
- Proficiency with SalesForce.com
- Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry and ability to relay information to the partner community
