About the Role

Veeam Software is looking for a Customer Success Renewals Representative to own the renewal of customer maintenance contracts within an assigned territory. In this role, you will protect and grow maintenance revenue, ensure an excellent customer experience, and identify opportunities to upsell premium services.

What You'll Do

  • Effectively manage the renewal of all contracts in your assigned territory to protect and grow Veeam maintenance revenue.
  • Proactively monitor the funnel of expiring agreements and execute actions in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely proposals and quotes as requested pursuant to customer and partner agreements.
  • Efficiently handle inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, upselling, and reinstatement of maintenance contracts.
  • Identify and pursue maintenance reinstatement opportunities and assist in the negotiation of maintenance agreements.
  • Accurately record all activities in Veeam's CRM system (Salesforce.com).
  • Achieve target quota with a focus on customer retention, renewal rate, and high-velocity selling.
  • Positively collaborate with customers, Veeam partners, and internal associates.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and German.
  • Previous experience in product or services sales, renewals, customer success, or support, preferably in the software/IT industry.
  • Superb customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter, comfortable with high volumes of outbound calls and email.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in compiling, querying, and reporting data.
  • Basic knowledge of the virtualization and data management industry.
