Veeam Software is looking for a Manager, Renewals Systems Engineer to lead a regional team through industry change and strengthen our market position as a leader in data management solutions. This role provides strategic and technical direction for the region, driving revenue through post-sales and customer success initiatives while ensuring effective adoption of Veeam solutions.
What You'll Do
- Drive recurrent and upsell revenue by providing the best customer product experience to contribute to Veeam's continuous growth.
- Align and execute the renewals strategy.
- Take part in hiring, onboarding, and integrating new hires distributed across various countries within the region, creating and implementing onboarding strategies.
- Focus on building and maintaining Systems Engineer team excellence, attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse, motivated, and engaged team.
- Work with the Renewals department leadership team to ensure technical post-sales objectives are met, including developing and implementing successful post-sales/technical campaigns.
- Collaborate internally across departments to ensure the best customer product experience and generate continuous process improvements.
- Stabilize and adapt team strategies and processes to accommodate expanding verticals.
- Define and refine KPIs as measures of talent quality and team success.
- Evaluate and expand training resources for the team.
- Nurture a positive team environment aligned with Veeam's Core Values.
- Develop capacity planning models to ensure the team can meet expectations for current and future needs.
- Drive positive change within the department, maximizing overall performance through analysis and process improvement.
- Strengthen the team's infrastructure for long-term scalability and client satisfaction in a constantly evolving environment.
