Synthesia is looking for a Renewals Manager to secure future growth by navigating commercial discussions and retaining revenue at scale. You will partner with teams across the company to design scalable digital engagement solutions and create a cohesive renewal experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success team to preserve and expand customer contracts.
- Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments.
- Maintain and report an accurate rolling 120-day forecast of renewals.
- Accurately forecast renewal pricing, timing, and risks.
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts.
- Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations, and verify contract terms and conditions.
- Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth.
- Partner with Product, Customer Enablement, and RevOps to design, test, and implement digital engagement and adoption solutions.
- Work closely with commercial teams to create a cohesive renewal experience for customers.
- Engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the C-suite.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management experience.
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts and leveraging tools and automation to engage with customers at scale.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications.
- Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals.
- History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment.
- Ability to grow business in a strategic manner, such as creating new processes and initiatives.

- Experience within an enterprise B2B SaaS organization.
