What You'll Do
Oversee a team of 6 to 8 sales representatives dedicated to maintaining and expanding relationships with wedding vendors in the Venue and Catering sectors across Spain. You'll guide daily operations, ensuring performance aligns with retention and revenue goals.
Develop team members through personalized coaching, in-person and virtual shadowing, and structured feedback. Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, preparing talent for future leadership roles.
Analyze account data to detect risks, identify churn patterns, and uncover growth potential. Use these insights to refine retention strategies and improve long-term client value.
Travel for at least two weeks each month to meet with clients, conduct team check-ins, and attend strategic meetings at the Barcelona office. Ensure field presence strengthens both customer relationships and team effectiveness.
Monitor team performance metrics, prioritize structured account management, and maintain cost efficiency across operations.
Requirements
Must reside in Madrid, Barcelona, or Seville and have reliable personal transportation. Monthly travel within Spain is required, including regular trips to Barcelona.
Proficiency in English is necessary for participation in cross-regional meetings. You should have at least five years of sales experience, including a proven track record in team or sales management.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-volume account portfolios, set strategic priorities, and implement scalable retention practices is essential. Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills are critical for coaching success.
You should be driven by results, capable of interpreting data to guide decisions, and committed to developing others through feedback and structured growth plans.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or SMB sales environments is preferred.
