About the Role

Enova International is hiring a Renewals Account Manager to build on our success with existing small business customers. In this hybrid role based in New York City, you will manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring they can access the working capital they need while driving consistent renewal business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain continued contact with the customer base.
  • Generate renewal business from past and current customers through high-volume phone and email activity.
  • Follow up on customer experience, respond to requests, introduce new products, and solve or refer problems.
  • Close renewal business consistently at or above quota level.
  • Partner effectively with Account Management to maintain partner relationships.
  • Understand market trends and competition within the online lending space.
  • Negotiate contracts for both partners and business owners.
  • Analyze data to effectively strategize with partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience via high-volume phone and email communications.
  • Self-motivation and drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure follow-up.
  • Experience in professional relationship building and negotiation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, and cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
