Ashby is seeking a Renewal Manager, High Touch - Americas to guide our customers through renewal processes, achieving success for both the customer and Ashby. You will manage renewals and advanced contract questions for our High Touch accounts, typically serving customers with 100-1,000+ employees, and collaborate cross-functionally to solve for scaling customers' needs at renewal.
What You'll Do
- Navigate pricing and negotiation discussions with empathy and tact while upholding respect for Ashby's value.
- Lead the renewal process with customers, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals with aligned terms.
- Build and maintain trust with customers, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring subscription needs are met.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as customer outreach, generating order forms, and CRM maintenance.
- Understand contract terminology and communicate these terms to customers.
- Identify key personas and stakeholders, coordinating internal collaboration across Customer Success, Sales, and Product.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing customers' experiences within the product at time of renewal.

Team & Environment
This role is part of the Contract Management team, reporting to the Head of Contract Management, and works closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
