Agilent Technologies is hiring a Remote/Online Support Engineer - Chromatography - Italian Speaking on a fixed-term basis. You will provide remote technical support for Agilent's chromatography product portfolio, including GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS, and HPLC, to reduce customer downtime and identify effective repair strategies.
What You'll Do
- Identify customer issues and provide a high level of reactive and proactive technical services in support of Agilent's product portfolio.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by guiding, assisting and training users on maintenance and configurations.
- Perform remote troubleshooting on hardware and software.
- Provide problem resolution to optimize the efficiency and uptime availability of customer systems.
What We're Looking For
- University Degree in Chemistry or a Life Sciences-based discipline.
- Hands-on experience with chromatography and spectrometry analytical techniques such as GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS, HPLC, ICPMS, ICPOES.
- Full proficiency in English and Italian.
- Autonomous, outgoing and customer oriented attitude.
- Great communications and interpersonal skills to interact with many internal and external partners.
- Can-do attitude and a liking for helping others and solving problems.
- Flexible and adaptable, with strong planning and organizational skills.
