What You'll Do
Lead the preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all filings. Take ownership of tax planning, projections, and research to support client needs and resolve complex tax issues. Manage client deliverables from start to completion, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Provide technical guidance to junior staff and contribute to their professional development through mentorship and hands-on support. Play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth integration and clear communication of expectations. Collaborate with leadership on firm-wide initiatives and special projects, bringing insight and strategic thinking to improve outcomes.
Identify inefficiencies in current tax processes and lead efforts to refine workflows, enhancing both accuracy and productivity. Work closely with management to align team performance with organizational goals, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

- Active CPA license required
