Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in structural engineering
- At least two years of remote work experience supporting US-based clients or teams
- Demonstrated proficiency with structural analysis tools such as Enelcarc, ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro
- Strong command of CAD platforms including AutoCAD and Revit
- In-depth knowledge of US structural standards and codes, including IBC, AISC, and ACI
- Proven analytical abilities and aptitude for resolving complex engineering challenges
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Capable of managing concurrent projects and meeting deadlines with strong organizational skills
