Paired is looking for a Remote Social Media Manager with a deep expertise in short-form video to manage and create content for our client, Taxframe. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end creation of high-performing content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, directly impacting audience engagement and brand growth.
What You'll Do
- Ideate, create, edit, and publish short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Maintain high creative standards while consistently shipping content.
- Autonomously generate large volumes of content with minimal creative guidance.
- Create content designed to drive strong attention and engagement metrics like likes, comments, and shares.
- Understand and apply platform-specific trends, formats, and best practices.
- Analyze content performance and iterate based on what resonates with audiences.
- Support and help grow Taxframe’s creator network as the brand scales.
