Everything To Gain is hiring a Remote Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you will source and recruit top-tier talent, leveraging your CRM expertise to drive recruitment strategies and manage candidate relationships.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and guide the recruitment process.
- Ensure a seamless experience for all candidates.
- Source, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems to manage talent pipelines and candidate interactions.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level required), both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Experience conducting thorough interviews and evaluations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Self-driven, motivated, and adept at thriving in a fully remote work environment.
