Remote Recruitment is hiring a General Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process and help clients find top talent. You will join a founder-led business providing mentorship and trust as we expand internationally.

What You'll Do

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates for various roles.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements for open positions.
Maintain candidate records and ensure a smooth process within the recruitment database.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
