Remote Recruitment is hiring a General Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process and help clients find top talent. You will join a founder-led business providing mentorship and trust as we expand internationally.
What You'll Do
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates for various roles.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements for open positions.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure a smooth process within the recruitment database.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
