We're seeking a freelance Customer Support Expert to design comprehensive customer support workflows from start to finish. In this role, you'll develop realistic end-to-end audit scenarios, generate or source relevant data, and build structured tasks with embedded decision points that reflect real-world support challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complete customer support workflows that simulate audit processes
- Produce or obtain all necessary data to ensure workflow authenticity and functionality
- Define clear decision points within each workflow and provide well-reasoned solutions
- Document justifications for each decision to ensure transparency and consistency
Qualifications
You should have 2–3 years of recent experience in a high-performing enterprise environment with mature support systems. Fluency in English, strong analytical abilities, and precise communication are essential. You must be comfortable using customer support platforms and have hands-on experience with AI-powered tools.
