Everything To Gain is seeking a Remote Recruiter with CRM Experience to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent, leveraging CRM systems to manage candidate relationships and streamline the recruitment process. You will ensure a positive experience for candidates while aligning talent with organizational needs.
What You'll Do
- Source and recruit top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Utilize expertise in CRM systems to manage candidate relationships and streamline the recruitment process.
- Interact with candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and align talent with organizational needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruiter.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems to manage candidate information and interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level required), both written and verbal.
- Ability to source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' fit.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques.
- Self-motivated and adept at working independently in a remote environment.
