Superior Fence & Rail is hiring a Recruiter to lead our remote talent acquisition. In this role, you will source, evaluate, and manage candidates with a focus on remote professionals, playing a key part in supporting our sales efforts by aligning recruitment strategies directly with client needs.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source, attract, and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, focusing on role alignment and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, particularly for remote work.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and refine job descriptions.
- Support sales by participating in initial client screenings to deeply understand recruitment needs.
- Ensure timely follow-up with both clients and workers to monitor progress and resolve concerns.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on remote talent acquisition.
- High proficiency in English.
- Prior experience working in a fully remote setting.
- Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
- A professional remote work setup and reliable internet.
- A strong Zoom presence and communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
- Willingness to submit an introduction video as part of the recruitment process.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: USD $1,500/month.
