EX Squared is seeking a Remote Sales Representative - Principal to lead our sales efforts and drive significant revenue growth. This role is a key position within our sales organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through prospecting and relationship management
- Lead complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to shape product and sales strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in a principal-level or senior sales role
- Deep experience in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
