EX Squared is looking for a Principal B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition. This is a senior-level, full-time position focusing on business-to-business sales.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for B2B accounts, from prospecting to close
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior B2B sales role with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work autonomously
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position for candidates based in Malta. The role operates within a global team context.
