About the Role

EX Squared is looking for a Principal B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition. This is a senior-level, full-time position focusing on business-to-business sales.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for B2B accounts, from prospecting to close
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior B2B sales role with a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work autonomously

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, full-time position for candidates based in Malta. The role operates within a global team context.
