EX Squared is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives and drive company growth. This is a remote role for candidates based in Slovenia.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead all aspects of the marketing function, from brand positioning to campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Build and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Establish key performance indicators and report on marketing effectiveness.
