EX Squared is looking for a Head of Marketing to take ownership of our strategic marketing direction and execution. You will join our leadership team, shaping how we communicate our value and engage with our target audience in a competitive landscape.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead all marketing functions, including brand, demand generation, and content
- Define key performance indicators and track ROI for all marketing initiatives
- Build and manage the marketing budget and resources effectively
- Establish EX Squared as a thought leader within our industry
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
- Strong background in developing and implementing successful B2B marketing strategies
- Demonstrable expertise in brand building and demand generation
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics
- Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives in a remote setting
- Must be legally authorized to work remotely from Denmark
