EX Squared is hiring a Remote HR Consultant to deliver expert human resources services to our clients. You will provide strategic and operational HR support, leveraging your experience to solve complex people-related challenges.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
- Assist clients with employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR programs, including onboarding, training, and talent management initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for organizational improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR consultant, HR Business Partner, or similar senior HR role
- Deep knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into action
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with diverse clients
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements independently and effectively
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues virtually, requiring strong self-motivation and excellent digital communication skills.
