Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Remote Sales Representative to join our VES Poland team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activity and supporting long-term growth for our heart electrotherapy portfolio, primarily within the public sector.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales activity, deliver results, and forecast performance.
- Create and execute a development plan for the managed product portfolio to support long-term growth.
- Sell Medtronic products remotely and retain end-user patients within a specified geographic area or specific customer accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close business leads.
- Provide input on new markets, new product launches, and existing products or supplies.
- Facilitate and establish education on company products and/or services.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and questions.
- Schedule field sales representatives for product demonstrations.
- Assist field sales representatives in planning and executing sales activities and provide ongoing sales support.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Working knowledge of company products and services.
- Practical knowledge gained through sales skills and experience in the work field.
Team & Environment
You will be a professional sales individual contributor. You may guide lower-level sales professionals or manage sales processes and accounts involving multiple team members, working as part of a global team united to innovate and improve patient care.
