Medtronic, a mission-driven leader in medical technology, is looking for a Remote Sales Representative. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by proactively generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach, managing assigned territories, and cultivating strong customer relationships from a remote location in Mexico.
What You'll Do
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Effectively manage assigned sales territories remotely, identify potential opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
- Remotely sell Medtronic's products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activity reports, and other documentation in the CRM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate English level.
- Three years of experience supporting Lead Generation, Territory management, and sales and marketing processes.
- Knowledge with MS Office.
- Strong telephone presence (communication and etiquette) with ability to manage numerous daily calls.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote sales environment.
