Gastrosterne is looking for a Remote Sales Closer to drive growth in the DACH hospitality market. You will be responsible for selling our digital recruiting solution, moving prospects from initial contact to long-term customers through strategic upgrades.
What You'll Do
- Make cold and warm calls to leads to identify their specific needs.
- Conduct sales conversations with a sharp focus on closing deals.
- Push for structured, smart, and secure deal closures.
- Think critically, ask probing questions, and follow through to achieve goals.
- Work closely with sales coaches and leadership for continuous improvement.
- Develop customers long-term through strategic upgrades and upsells.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- You are independent, self-driven, and do not require micro-management.
- A genuine desire to not only sell but also grow professionally.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the recruiting field is a bonus.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a small team of 1-10 employees and will work closely with a Sales Coach and Leadership.
