What You'll Do
Lead the search for off-market properties by meeting with property owners and investors—both in person and online. You'll manage a steady flow of appointments set by a dedicated call center and follow up with leads to build lasting relationships. Negotiate acquisition terms directly with sellers and present investment opportunities to qualified buyers in your area.
Go beyond cold outreach by tapping into a proven system for generating organic leads. Attend local events, host educational sessions, and build credibility in your market. With support from a business development team, you’ll expand your reach and deepen connections in the real estate community.
Requirements
You thrive in conversations and quickly build trust with people from all backgrounds. Resilience and determination define your approach—you don’t back down from challenges and measure success by results. You’re motivated by competition and driven to close deals, with a genuine interest in real estate transactions and negotiation.
Coaching is welcomed, not resisted. You’re eager to learn, adapt, and improve continuously. Prior experience in sales—especially in real estate, wholesaling, or direct-to-consumer environments—is a strong plus. A current real estate license or relevant education adds value but isn’t required.
