What You'll Do
Act as the main point of contact for clients in a financial hardship program, delivering clear and compassionate guidance about their options and progress. You’ll help individuals understand how the program works, what benefits are available, and how they can move forward confidently.
Use active listening and emotional intelligence to address concerns, reduce tension, and build rapport with clients experiencing financial stress. Your ability to stay calm and solution-focused will be key in turning difficult conversations into productive outcomes.
Work within a CRM platform to access client data efficiently, document every interaction thoroughly, and track each person’s journey through the program. You’ll assess financial circumstances, identify suitable paths forward, and collaborate with clients to keep them engaged and motivated.
Deliver consistent, high-quality service through phone and digital channels, anticipating needs and responding promptly. Your performance will be measured by retention goals, with opportunities to earn commissions based on how effectively you help clients meet their financial objectives.
Requirements
- Background in retention, sales, or collections roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced setting
- Skill in deescalating tense situations and negotiating solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication, with active listening abilities
- Comfort using CRM systems to manage client information and workflows
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt quickly

Preferred Qualifications
