As a Bilingual Luxury Reservation Sales Consultant, your role is to connect meaningfully with travelers seeking exceptional stays at luxury hotels worldwide. You’ll respond to incoming calls with authenticity and empathy, guiding guests through the reservation process in a natural, conversational way that reflects both care and expertise.

Requirements
- Fluency in French is required, reflected in an hourly language premium
- Ability to complete initial onsite training in Moncton before transitioning to remote work
- Flexibility to work shifts that may extend past midnight, with eligibility for shift premium pay
