Work as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in a fully remote setting, providing comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services to individuals with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. This role emphasizes clinical independence, thoughtful decision-making, and sustained patient engagement without demands for high-volume throughput.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits via secure telehealth platforms
- Perform thorough psychiatric assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medication regimens
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with an in-house network of psychiatrists and therapists to ensure coordinated, team-based care
- Focus on clinical excellence without pressure to reduce session length or increase patient load
What We Require
- Current board certification as a PMHNP-BC with an unrestricted license granting autonomous practice authority
- At least four years of post-graduate experience in outpatient psychiatric care
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning
- Experience with telepsychiatry and comfort working in a fully virtual environment
- Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based care
- Proficiency with electronic medical records for efficient and accurate documentation

Compensation & Work Structure
This is a full-time W-2 position offering control over your weekly schedule and availability. Total annual on-target earnings range from $180,000 to $215,000+, combining base pay and monthly productivity incentives. The incentive component is guaranteed during the initial onboarding period to support a smooth ramp-up.
