Work as a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in a fully remote capacity, delivering outpatient psychiatric services to patients across Virginia. What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments via secure telehealth platforms

What We Require
- Current certification as a PMHNP-BC with eligibility for autonomous practice
- Unrestricted state licensure in Virginia with full practice authority
- At least four years of post-licensure experience in outpatient psychiatry
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and manage medications
- Experience with telepsychiatry and comfort using digital platforms for clinical care

Compensation
Total annual earnings range from $180,000 to $215,000+, combining base salary and monthly performance-based incentives. An onboarding guarantee ensures stable income during initial ramp-up. All compensation is delivered through predictable W-2 structure.
